Service cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalty.
Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find a suitable solution. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Gift certificates and prepaid service packages are non-refundable but may be transferable to another person with prior approval.
Services that were cancelled by the client less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for refunds, except in cases of documented emergencies.
